Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise participants on plan provisions and respond to client-specific inquiries
  • Identify call trends, establish training needs, and provide coaching to agents
  • Assist with escalated calls and advocate for participants regarding benefits and services
Required Qualifications
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
  • Must pass an internet speed test and connect via ethernet cable
  • Ability to navigate and work across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
  • Currently not hiring in certain states and metropolitan areas
  • Entry-level position with full-time employment
