Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Advise participants on plan provisions and respond to client-specific inquiries
- Identify call trends, establish training needs, and provide coaching to agents
- Assist with escalated calls and advocate for participants regarding benefits and services
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
- Must pass an internet speed test and connect via ethernet cable
- Ability to navigate and work across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
- Currently not hiring in certain states and metropolitan areas
- Entry-level position with full-time employment
