Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Team Lead I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 12-20 Call Center agents, examiners, and adjusters
- Collaborate with client organizations to ensure a high-quality Call Center operation
- Implement and maintain a robust Quality program
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Healthcare operations experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Background in administration and preferably some experience in healthcare
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build and motivate a large operations team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
