A company is looking for a Call Center Team Lead I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 12-20 Call Center agents, examiners, and adjusters
  • Collaborate with client organizations to ensure a high-quality Call Center operation
  • Implement and maintain a robust Quality program
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of Healthcare operations experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Background in administration and preferably some experience in healthcare
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build and motivate a large operations team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
