Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Trainer and Curriculum Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and facilitate training for new and existing employees in both classroom and virtual settings
  • Organize and evaluate nesting plans, providing coaching during the training phase
  • Maintain training materials and monitor updates to curriculum and reference documents
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of training experience, or training certification, or an educational degree
  • Flexibility to accommodate scheduled trainings, including non-core business hours
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
