Key Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with TRC Command Center and Operations Supervisors/Managers
- Deliver training sessions on schedule and within budget
- Ensure smooth operation of Maintenance and Accident Management programs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of ARI-TRC Call Center experience
- 3+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Exposure to the fleet management industry
- Experience facilitating virtual training
