Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Trainer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain communication with TRC Command Center and Operations Supervisors/Managers
  • Deliver training sessions on schedule and within budget
  • Ensure smooth operation of Maintenance and Accident Management programs
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of ARI-TRC Call Center experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Exposure to the fleet management industry
  • Experience facilitating virtual training
