Job Summary

To empower customer experience account teams, the full-time Senior Professional Call Center Trainer will deliver engaging virtual training sessions, adapt learning materials to various styles, and assess training outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to new and existing call center agents
  • Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • Five (5) or more years of experience as a corporate trainer or facilitator
  • Passion for training and desire to facilitate in a virtual classroom environment
  • Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques
  • Demonstrable curriculum development skills
