Job Summary

Providing high-quality, concierge-level service, the full-time Call Center Underwriter Associate will manage incoming calls and service tasks related to small to mid-sized commercial accounts, including policy inquiries, renewals, and cancellations, while ensuring timely communication and compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and service tasks regarding policy document requests, billing inquiries, and renewals
  • Communicate with insureds, agents, and underwriters to provide updates and confirm policy binding
  • Process cancellations and conduct outreach to retain business while maintaining proper documentation of all servicing tasks
Required qualifications
  • Basic customer service experience and/or insurance experience
  • Prior call center or high-volume customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with agency management systems such as EZLynx or similar platforms
  • Ability to operate office equipment like scanners and copiers
