Job Summary

Providing high-quality service to insureds and agents, the full-time Call Center Underwriter Associate will manage incoming calls and various servicing functions for small to mid-sized commercial accounts, including handling service requests, renewals, and cancellations.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls regarding policy inquiries, billing, renewals, and claims
  • Communicate with clients and agents to confirm policy renewals and provide updates on service requests
  • Maintain documentation of servicing tasks and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution
Required qualifications
  • Basic customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with agency management systems
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, with availability required through 8:00 PM ET
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
  • Experience with office equipment such as scanners and copiers
