Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator-Call Handling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate calls and cases to assess performance, providing feedback and recognition to ensure high performance
  • Monitor team performance for adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulations, tracking trends for improvement
  • Analyze and report weekly and monthly trends to leadership while engaging in quality enhancement projects


Required Qualifications
  • HS Diploma, GED, or technical certification in a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a patient support program or hub field strongly preferred
  • Experience in call and case quality audits strongly preferred
  • Adverse Event reporting and reconciliation experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
