Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Specialist to support the Contact Center/211 Maine.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to calls, texts, and emails from individuals seeking access to health and human services
- Provide quality customer service and empathetic care while documenting interactions accurately and timely
- Utilize multiple platforms effectively to complete training and assist clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred
- Ability to obtain certification as an Information and Referral Specialist (CIRS) within 3 years
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong knowledge of software programs required
- Previous experience in a call center or providing Information & Referral preferred
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and other required screenings
