Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Time Manager to oversee a phone banking program within its Digital Organizing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff and oversee all scheduled phone banks, ensuring efficient operation and real-time support for volunteers
- Set up and disseminate the phone bank Back-of-Show document to staff and volunteers
- Help train and guide volunteers and staff on dialing tools, scripts, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing or supporting phone banking or similar volunteer-driven programs
- Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Experience working with volunteers or grassroots communities
- Proficiency with digital organizing and event tools, including Scale to Win, Mobilize, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work evenings and weekends regularly
