Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Time Manager to oversee a phone banking program within its Digital Organizing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff and oversee all scheduled phone banks, ensuring efficient operation and real-time support for volunteers
  • Set up and disseminate the phone bank Back-of-Show document to staff and volunteers
  • Help train and guide volunteers and staff on dialing tools, scripts, and best practices


Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing or supporting phone banking or similar volunteer-driven programs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Experience working with volunteers or grassroots communities
  • Proficiency with digital organizing and event tools, including Scale to Win, Mobilize, Zoom, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends regularly
