Callback Agent

Job Summary

To support customer engagement, the full-time Callback Agent will work remotely to follow up on warm leads, assist customers with rental inquiries, and utilize various programs to drive sales while meeting established performance metrics.

Key responsibilities:

• Follow up on warm leads and assist customers with U-Haul related products and services
• Make outbound calls and respond to incoming inquiries regarding rental rates and services
• Meet quality-related metrics and goals while providing courteous and efficient customer service

Required qualifications:

• Basic keyboarding and computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple programs
• General knowledge of U.S. geography
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Willingness to incorporate feedback for performance improvement
• Clear speaking voice and excellent verbal communication skills
