Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time CallMiner Administrator will support the buildout, maintenance, and optimization of the CallMiner platform, focusing on creating scorecards, developing reports, and analyzing call trends in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and update CallMiner scorecards based on business needs and operational goals
  • Partner with leadership and operations teams to understand reporting needs and create meaningful dashboards and reports
  • Monitor scorecard performance and analyze call data to identify trends and coaching opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with CallMiner or a similar speech analytics platform preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, or performance tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools preferred
