Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time CallMiner Administrator will support the buildout, maintenance, and optimization of the CallMiner platform, focusing on creating scorecards, developing reports, and analyzing call trends in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and update CallMiner scorecards based on business needs and operational goals
- Partner with leadership and operations teams to understand reporting needs and create meaningful dashboards and reports
- Monitor scorecard performance and analyze call data to identify trends and coaching opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Experience with CallMiner or a similar speech analytics platform preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Experience building reports, dashboards, or performance tracking tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools preferred
