Calypso Engineer
Job Summary
To support a large-scale capital markets modernization initiative, the contract Calypso Engineer will work remotely to design, develop, and enhance the organization's hosted Calypso environment while collaborating with business and technology teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Calypso functionality across multiple FX products
- Expand platform capabilities by onboarding new products, trade types, and business workflows
- Build and enhance integrations between Calypso and internal/external financial systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Calypso development experience
- Strong Java development experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Calypso architecture, engines, and APIs
- Deep knowledge of FX trading and trade lifecycle management
- Advanced SQL skills with a strong understanding of relational databases
