Job Summary

Providing expert technical assistance for Canon consumer camera and video products, the full-time Camera Pro Support Representative will support customers and CPS members remotely by addressing service requests, troubleshooting issues, and documenting interactions using CRM tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support via phone for Canon products, assisting with service requests and payment processing
  • Guide users through troubleshooting processes and escalate complex issues to internal teams as necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and identify opportunities to recommend Canon's Total Care solutions
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of directly related experience in customer service or technical support roles
  • Advanced knowledge of camera and photography equipment
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software systems in a remote environment
