Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager 1, Camp Whitewood.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall administration and operation of 4-H Camp Whitewood, including staff management
- Collaborate with the Camp Board of Directors on planning, budgeting, and marketing strategies
- Ensure compliance with ACA and OSU standards while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of relevant experience required; 4-8 years preferred
- Experience working with diverse clientele and organizations
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate team efforts
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
