Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager 1, Camp Whitewood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall administration and operation of 4-H Camp Whitewood, including staff management
  • Collaborate with the Camp Board of Directors on planning, budgeting, and marketing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with ACA and OSU standards while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of relevant experience required; 4-8 years preferred
  • Experience working with diverse clientele and organizations
  • Ability to supervise staff and coordinate team efforts
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
