Job Summary

To support the measurement and strategic application of data across national, multi-channel campaigns, the full-time Campaign Analyst will evaluate performance data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and guide cross-functional teams on campaign optimization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own evaluation and interpretation of performance data across channels for defined campaigns, partnering with teams to establish KPIs and measurement frameworks
  • Lead analysis of performance trends and ensure measurement integrity by validating data accuracy and identifying gaps
  • Translate data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations to inform stakeholder decisions and support campaign milestones
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, media, or digital analytics
  • Strong proficiency in GA4, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in databases and BI tools like Tableau or Looker Studio
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and apply judgment in complex analytical scenarios
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data quality, accuracy, and measurement integrity
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through insights
