Job Summary
To support the measurement and strategic application of data across national, multi-channel campaigns, the full-time Campaign Analyst will evaluate performance data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and guide cross-functional teams on campaign optimization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own evaluation and interpretation of performance data across channels for defined campaigns, partnering with teams to establish KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Lead analysis of performance trends and ensure measurement integrity by validating data accuracy and identifying gaps
- Translate data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations to inform stakeholder decisions and support campaign milestones
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, media, or digital analytics
- Strong proficiency in GA4, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in databases and BI tools like Tableau or Looker Studio
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and apply judgment in complex analytical scenarios
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data quality, accuracy, and measurement integrity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through insights
