• Execute calls-to-action and expand volunteer capacity for voter engagement and election protection
• Professionally represent the organization on local coalitions and report findings to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with political dynamics and priority elections in the assigned state
• Experience with core organizing tools such as EveryAction and Mobilize
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with group leaders and volunteers
• Thorough knowledge of electoral and legislative processes
• At least 1 cycle of experience in electoral organizing
