Job Summary

A company is looking for a Battlegrounds Campaign and Organizing Associate in Iowa.

Key Responsibilities

• Support local Indivisible groups and manage relationships with group leaders
• Execute calls-to-action and expand volunteer capacity for voter engagement
• Represent the organization in local coalitions and report findings to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with political dynamics and priority elections in Iowa
• Experience with organizing tools such as EveryAction and Mobilize
• Ability to build strong relationships with group leaders and volunteers
• Knowledge of electoral and legislative processes in the House and Senate
• At least 1 cycle of experience in electoral organizing
