Job Summary
Proactively managing client relationships, the full-time Campaign Coordinator will support dealership marketing initiatives by crafting integrated digital marketing campaigns and ensuring compliance with service agreements in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Generate Monthly Campaign Briefs outlining integrated campaign requests
- Communicate and collaborate with internal team members on dealership strategy
- Manage asset submission to OEM Compliance Agencies and install creative into client websites
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience
- Client-facing experience with proven customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in computer troubleshooting methodologies, with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
