Job Summary
To drive business objectives in audience design and list selection, the full-time remote Campaign Design Lead will manage analyst workload assignments, consult on strategies, and implement complex database solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the intake and quality of audience selection work for assigned business segments
- Consult on and research audience design strategies, participating in marketing planning and interfacing with the strategic Marketing Core Team
- Provide direction and coaching to analysts on complex initiatives while developing and optimizing audience selection processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in the direct response industry with a focus on data analysis and campaign development
- Proven expertise in relational databases and applications such as MS-SQL, Unica Campaign, and Salesforce Data Cloud
- Unica Campaign Designer or Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certified (or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months)
- Demonstrated success in project management and leadership experience preferred
