Campaign Director

Job Summary

To support the vision and funding of campaigns, the full-time remote Campaign Director will develop and manage the campaign case, oversee funding operations, and coordinate donor engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the campaign case is complete, including budget and gift plans, while collaborating with the Communications department
• Oversee campaign operations by developing budgets, managing donor strategies, and setting campaign timelines and targets
• Lead the recruitment and management of committees and volunteers to support campaign activities and donor events

Required qualifications

• BA degree preferred
• Experience as a volunteer or staff member of Young Life is preferred
• Proven ability to manage donor relationships and follow-through effectively
• Demonstrated proficiency in budget development and management
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and major donors
