Job Summary
To drive member enrollment and engagement, the full-time remote Campaign Manager will manage the execution and optimization of omnichannel product marketing campaigns, collaborating with Product and Marketing leadership on strategy and performance analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end campaign delivery, including setup, content development, segmentation, and deployment
- Build and manage email campaigns using marketing automation tools, ensuring effective workflows and list management
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in campaign marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven hands-on experience with email campaigns using a marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot
- Familiarity with omnichannel campaign execution, including email, web, and direct mail
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
