Job Summary

To drive member enrollment and engagement, the full-time remote Campaign Manager will manage the execution and optimization of omnichannel product marketing campaigns, collaborating with Product and Marketing leadership on strategy and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end campaign delivery, including setup, content development, segmentation, and deployment
  • Build and manage email campaigns using marketing automation tools, ensuring effective workflows and list management
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in campaign marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing
  • Proven hands-on experience with email campaigns using a marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Familiarity with omnichannel campaign execution, including email, web, and direct mail
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
