Job Summary
To support a growing AdOps team, the full-time remote Campaign Manager will lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel paid campaigns across social and programmatic platforms, driving measurable growth for clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize full-funnel campaigns across various platforms to achieve performance KPIs
- Develop testing frameworks and scaling strategies to unlock sustainable growth across diverse audiences
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and communicate insights to clients and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience managing high-volume, direct-response digital advertising campaigns
- Proven success managing 7-8 figure annual budgets across multiple platforms
- Deep understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimization levers
- Strong experience in programmatic and social media buying
- Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking setup and attribution models
