Job Summary

Owning the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, the full-time Campaign Marketing Manager will drive awareness, trial, and subscription growth among educators and parents in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and run end-to-end campaigns across digital channels, optimizing performance and documenting insights
  • Develop campaign briefs and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences, collaborating with creative teams
  • Set campaign goals, track performance, report ROI, and build reusable templates and playbooks for future campaigns
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C campaign marketing, preferably in EdTech or subscription B2C SaaS
  • Proven track record of owning integrated campaigns from brief to post-mortem with measurable performance data
  • Fluency in campaign analytics and attribution tools such as GA4 or HubSpot
  • Experience managing budgets and making strategic tradeoff decisions
  • Strong writing skills for campaign briefs, email subject lines, and stakeholder updates that maintain a consistent voice
