Job Summary
Owning the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, the full-time Campaign Marketing Manager will drive awareness, trial, and subscription growth among educators and parents in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and run end-to-end campaigns across digital channels, optimizing performance and documenting insights
- Develop campaign briefs and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences, collaborating with creative teams
- Set campaign goals, track performance, report ROI, and build reusable templates and playbooks for future campaigns
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2C campaign marketing, preferably in EdTech or subscription B2C SaaS
- Proven track record of owning integrated campaigns from brief to post-mortem with measurable performance data
- Fluency in campaign analytics and attribution tools such as GA4 or HubSpot
- Experience managing budgets and making strategic tradeoff decisions
- Strong writing skills for campaign briefs, email subject lines, and stakeholder updates that maintain a consistent voice
