Job Summary

A company is looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete campaign operations lifecycle for Programmatic Direct Mail campaigns, providing guidance to brands and internal teams
  • Build and launch campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, data hygiene, and quality assurance before going live
  • Deliver data-driven reporting and actionable recommendations while collaborating with a cross-functional team to optimize performance
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of ad operations or digital marketing experience with large mid-market and enterprise B2C brands
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise campaigns with total deal values of at least $20M annually
  • Proficient in setting up campaigns on ad servers and managing creative assets
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for monitoring campaign performance metrics
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
