Job Summary
Managing key client relationships, the full-time remote Campaign Operations Manager will oversee daily servicing, ensure timely media campaign activations, and drive organic revenue growth through collaboration with Account Directors and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for key clients, ensuring high standards of service and proactive growth contributions
- Oversee the smooth booking and timely activation of media campaigns, coordinating with vendors for artwork delivery and approvals
- Lead campaign reporting efforts, ensuring clients receive timely access to Proof of Posting and Campaign Attribution
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of media experience, specifically in the OOH media landscape or related industries
- Strong knowledge of production and creative processes, with an understanding of client and supplier dynamics
- Proven experience managing line reports and delivering exceptional client service
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
- Experience in negotiating project timelines and budgets to ensure high-quality campaign execution
