Job Summary

A company is looking for a Campaign Operations Specialist to manage the technical and analytical aspects of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and launch automated workflows and multi-channel campaigns in HubSpot
  • Lead quality assurance for all campaign assets, ensuring accuracy across tracking tokens and link functionality
  • Manage the marketing database and oversee data flow between HubSpot, Salesforce, and third-party tools
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or digital operations with hands-on experience in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of marketing automation logic
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools
  • Foundational understanding of marketing privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
