Job Summary
A company is looking for a Campaign Operations Specialist to manage the technical and analytical aspects of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch automated workflows and multi-channel campaigns in HubSpot
- Lead quality assurance for all campaign assets, ensuring accuracy across tracking tokens and link functionality
- Manage the marketing database and oversee data flow between HubSpot, Salesforce, and third-party tools
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or digital operations with hands-on experience in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of marketing automation logic
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools
- Foundational understanding of marketing privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
