Campaign Optimization Advisor

Job Summary

To drive revenue growth for the SMB Strategic book of business in North America, the full-time remote Campaign Optimization Growth Advisor will launch and optimize Promoted Listings campaigns for priority sellers, while developing strong partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize and integrate new sellers into the Advertising Managed Service program
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customers and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Monitor account performance and provide comprehensive customer support through various communication methods

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of commercial or sales experience in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• 2 years of experience with performance-based digital advertising products
• Expert knowledge of cost per click and the eBay Advertising portfolio
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
