Job Summary
To support a fast-growing creator economy business, the fully remote Campaign & Partnerships Manager will identify and manage brand partnerships across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, collaborating with advertisers from outreach to campaign launch while developing creative sponsorship concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable brands and products for potential partnerships in German-speaking markets
- Manage advertising partners from initial inquiry through to video publication
- Develop creative concepts and execution ideas for various advertising campaigns
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, especially short-form/vertical video content
- Fluency in both German and English
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort working with numbers
- Interest in diverse marketing campaigns across educational content channels
