Job Summary

A company is looking for a Campaign Strategy Account Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceiving and executing issue advocacy campaigns for nonprofit clients
• Leading cross-functional client teams to achieve campaign goals
• Supporting the professional development of junior staff and interns

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of campaign experience in electoral campaigns or advocacy organizations
• Demonstrated facility with anti-racist approaches to campaign strategy
• Experience organizing outside of one's own community
• Ability to embrace emergent tactics and tools
• Experience running meetings to ensure successful project outcomes
