Job Summary

Promoting the mission and values of Sanford Health, the part-time Campus Ambassador will engage in recruitment and brand awareness efforts remotely from their college campus while collaborating with talent acquisition professionals and academic leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in recruitment efforts to attract candidates for Sanford Health and Good Samaritan Society
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support workforce needs
• Promote the organization's mission, vision, and values on campus

Required qualifications

• Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor's degree program from an accredited college or university
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
