Campus Chapter Founder

Job Summary

To support the launch of campus chapters nationwide, the part-time Campus Chapter Founder will recruit members, establish a board, and organize collaborative projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct early outreach to personally recruit initial members and identify potential board officers
• Build and appoint the chapter's first officers, ensuring representation from Creative, Tech, and Business tracks
• Establish weekly meetings and execute the first Endless Game & Content Jam to foster collaboration and engagement

Required qualifications

• Current college student enrolled through the 2026-27 academic year
• Strong outreach and public speaking skills to promote Endless and its mission
• Ability to assess and appoint capable board members for the chapter
• Interdisciplinary thinking, understanding the collaboration between marketing, art, and engineering in game development
• Bonus: Existing co-founder in mind and familiarity with the creative or gaming community at the school
