Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience at a high-velocity startup managing community programs
• Proven operational excellence with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Strong bias toward action and a hands-on approach to project execution
• Empathy and understanding of community dynamics
• Passion for education and supporting students
