Job Summary
To support a dynamic talent acquisition team in the nuclear energy sector, the full-time Campus Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and assessing candidates for various engineering roles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract diverse candidates for mechanical, electrical, and nuclear engineering positions
- Conduct interviews to evaluate technical expertise and cultural fit, guiding candidates through the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and manage the recruitment process from screening to onboarding
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume environments
- Experience in engineering recruitment is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as energy or utilities is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5 years with a degree; 9 years without)
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, with iCIMS experience preferred
