Job Summary
To support early career growth, the full-time Campus Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, build talent pipelines, and represent the company at career fairs and university events, with opportunities to work remotely or from select locations.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop campus recruiting strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern, co-op, and entry-level positions
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and student organizations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of campus recruiting experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; iCIMS experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience planning and attending career fairs and networking events
