Campus Recruiter

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Campus Recruiter, the successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting for intern, co-op, and entry-level positions while building relationships with universities and representing the company at career fairs and events, either remotely or from Albany, NY; Atlanta, GA; or Orlando, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop campus recruiting strategies that support early career growth
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities and build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
• Represent the company at career fairs and university events to strengthen campus recruitment presence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of campus recruiting experience
• Experience building relationships with universities and planning career fairs and networking events
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, with iCIMS experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
