Campus Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting early career and internship recruiting efforts, the contract Campus Recruiter will partner with the recruiting team, review resumes, conduct HR screening interviews, and coordinate with hiring committees, all while working in a flexible hybrid or remote arrangement.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the recruiting team to support internship hiring initiatives
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
• Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate with hiring committees on candidate selection

Required qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in early career or campus recruiting
• Experience working with an ATS (any system experience considered)
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
