Job Summary

A company is looking for a Campus Recruiter - US - Remote (contract).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop internal and external relationships at targeted schools and with hiring managers
• Assist in identifying and recruiting candidates for headcount demand
• Plan and execute college hiring events and interview processes

Required Qualifications:

• 0 to 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in campus recruitment
• Experience in data management and reporting using various software tools
• Ability to use social media for brand awareness and networking
• Experience in planning and executing recruiting events
• Knowledge of developing collateral material for on-campus recruiting
