Job Summary
To enhance prospective student engagement, the part-time Campus Visit Coordinator will conduct outbound phone calls to schedule campus visits, provide accurate admissions information, and document interactions in the CRM system while working remotely from designated states.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective students for scheduling campus visits and open house events
- Arrange campus visits and enrollment activity visits to support enrollment goals
- Document all interactions in the institution's CRM system to ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Experience with outbound/inbound phone calls preferred
- Familiarity with college admissions processes preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
