Job Summary
Managing the day-to-day operations of the independent Quality Control function, the remote Manager, Quality Control BSA/AML & Sanctions Operations will oversee the execution of the QC program, apply sampling methodologies, and lead a team of QC Analysts while ensuring independence from production lines.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the QC program across all review populations, maintaining independence from production disposition authority
- Apply and refine sampling methodologies and error taxonomies in alignment with regulatory standards
- Lead QC Analysts and compile results for reporting into BSA/AML governance, tracking effective-challenge items to closure
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- CAMS certification required; CFE, CFCS, or CRCM preferred
- 6-9 years of BSA/AML experience, including quality assurance/quality control or independent testing
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience designing sampling methodologies and error taxonomies in a regulated environment
