Supporting an external software development organization, the remote Canada Compliance Lead will manage the establishment and maturity of a compliance program for a multi-tenant enterprise AI platform, focusing on SOC 2 and ISO readiness, audit preparation, and compliance documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Define, operate, and mature compliance practices for an enterprise AI platform
- Prepare customer-facing security documentation and support audit readiness
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to implement practical compliance controls
Required qualifications
- Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks
- Proven background in managing a security, governance, risk, or compliance program in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to define controls, map requirements, and track compliance gaps
- Experience in preparing security documentation and compliance materials
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in client-facing consulting environments
