Canada HR Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager (Canada) to lead HR strategy and enhance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR contact for employees and leadership, mentoring junior HR staff
• Design and execute HR strategies focused on employee retention, wellbeing, and culture-building
• Lead confidential investigations and manage employee relations cases related to performance and compliance

Qualifications & Experience

• 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Experience in the BPO industry preferred (2-3 years)
• Full work authorization in Canada required
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline; CPHR designation is a strong asset
• Strong command of employment law and regulatory frameworks in Canada
