Job Summary

A company is looking for a Canada Payroll Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full end-to-end payroll processing support for managed payroll customers
• Manage customer cases daily to ensure service level agreements and client satisfaction
• Configure Workday pay components and troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred
• 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
• 3+ years of customer experience or proven skills at this level
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance
