Canada Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, the full-time remote Canada Payroll Specialist II will provide support for Managed Payroll customers, handle payroll configuration, and ensure high client satisfaction through effective issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the named Specialist for Managed Payroll and provide support for other payroll, tax, and garnishment customers as needed
• Manage daily case responses to meet service level agreements and maintain high client satisfaction
• Configure Workday pay components and troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred
• 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
• 3+ years of customer experience or proven skills at this experience level
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance, including multi-jurisdiction tax experience
