Job Summary
Managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, the full-time remote Canada Payroll Specialist II will provide support for Managed Payroll customers, handle payroll configuration, and ensure high client satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the named Specialist for Managed Payroll and provide support for other payroll, tax, and garnishment customers as needed
- Manage daily case responses to meet service level agreements and maintain high client satisfaction
- Configure Workday pay components and troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
- 3+ years of customer experience or proven skills at this experience level
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance, including multi-jurisdiction tax experience
