Canadian Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to lead compliance efforts in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Canadian regulatory developments related to payments and fintech laws
• Manage relationships with Canadian regulators and law enforcement, ensuring compliance with AML/CTF programs
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and develop internal communications and training materials

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of work experience with a university degree or 8 years of relevant experience
• 8+ years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance, or related fields
• Experience with regulations related to payments networks and financial institutions
• Data-driven with experience in analytics
• Fluent in English; French (Canadian) is a plus
