Job Summary

Canadian French Technical Support Specialist provides part-time technical assistance and customer support primarily through phone and email, resolving product issues for Canadian French-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as the first point of contact for Canadian French-speaking customers seeking technical assistance
  • Performs remote troubleshooting and guides customers through the technical problem-solving process
  • Participates in project assignments, including product launch support and workflow efficiency initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of experience in computer information systems or technical support
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to input customer information into a CRM system
  • Fluency in both Canadian French and English
