Job Summary
Canadian French Technical Support Specialist provides part-time technical assistance and customer support primarily through phone and email, resolving product issues for Canadian French-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as the first point of contact for Canadian French-speaking customers seeking technical assistance
- Performs remote troubleshooting and guides customers through the technical problem-solving process
- Participates in project assignments, including product launch support and workflow efficiency initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience in computer information systems or technical support
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to input customer information into a CRM system
- Fluency in both Canadian French and English
