Canadian French Translator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Canadian French Contracted Translator to manage translation and review projects for top clients in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept and complete translation and review projects within deadlines, achieving a set monthly word count
• Ensure translations adhere to client style, terminology, and instructions while meeting quality standards
• Maintain regular communication with Project Managers and Quality Managers regarding availability and project status

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Canadian French (mother tongue) and English
• Excellent computer and web skills
• Proven working knowledge of CAT tools
• Experience with the Antidote QA tool
• Experience as a translator/proofreader for large international brands; preferred university studies in translation
