Job Summary

Fluent in both French and English, the fully remote Canadian HR Business Partner will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring alignment with Canadian employment legislation while supporting various business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full cycle recruitment for Canadian roles and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Act as the primary resource for employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution and performance management
  • Apply knowledge of Canadian employment law to ensure HR processes align with federal and provincial regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CPHR, SHRM CP) considered an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably with field-based teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in Canadian employment law and employee relations
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
