Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Specialist to support their team in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from Canadian employees
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees in Canada
  • Maintain and update internal systems and collaborate with payroll and other internal departments for compliance


Required Qualifications and Education
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on HR experience in Canada
  • Solid knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS and payroll tools
  • Experience with provincial variations in labor legislation is preferred
  • Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a strong asset
