Job Summary
Supporting the preparation and management of Canadian immigration matters, the full-time Canadian Law Clerk will assist with drafting applications, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft Canadian immigration applications, including work permits and permanent residence submissions
- Review supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with immigration requirements
- Conduct legal and policy research related to Canadian immigration programs and assist with case preparation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in Canadian immigration, particularly with work permit applications
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and government filing requirements
- Experience with corporate immigration matters preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
